Normality

It's normal to have female bus drivers.

And they shout just as loud as male drivers to get the passengers moving to the back.

It's normal to smile and say "HI" to strangers.

And they will return you with a friendly smile, then walk away.

It's normal to cross the street without looking at cars.

Because the cars will watch out for you and stop even if you still few steps away from the junction.

And these normalities are not normal in Malaysia.
